The services

HoloSign provides sign-language technology: AI-assisted translation tools, holographic and augmented-reality sign-language content, and related products. Features may change, improve, or be retired as the platform evolves.

Your account

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the services lawfully.

Content & intellectual property

The platform, its software, designs, and produced media are the property of Holographic Sign Language or its licensors. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the license needed to store, process, and display it to deliver the services you request.

Purchases

Paid products are described on their product pages; payment processing is handled by our payment provider. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

No abuse, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the services, no unlawful content, and no infringement of others’ rights.

Warranty & liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
