This policy describes what information Holographic Sign Language (“HoloSign”, “we”) collects on this website and how we use it. We keep it simple: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect

Account information — if you create a customer account: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.

Messages you send us — the contact/lead form, the Front Desk chat, and in-app messages deliver exactly what you type to us so we can respond.

Camera & capture data — sign-language capture tools run in your browser. Video you record in the studio stays on your device unless you explicitly save or upload a result; tracking measurements you save are stored with your content.

Technical basics — standard server logs and aggregate analytics (page counts, approximate region) to keep the site healthy. No advertising trackers are required to use this site.

How we use it

To provide and improve the services, respond to your messages, fulfill purchases, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the processors that make the service work (e.g. payment processing by Stripe, email delivery, hosting) — each bound to its own obligations.

Your choices

You may request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Cookies are used for sign-in sessions; blocking them limits signed-in features only.
